the location was central, providing easy access to many attractions (i especially loved being so close to the museums). my room had a balcony, and i really appreciated the view of the street. the staff were friendly and helpful .
the stairs were quite steep, but i managed.

the room SIZE was disappointing. it looked MUCH larger in the photos online , BUT in reality , it was quite cramped. THE stairs were AWFUL , steep , AND difficult to navigate with luggage.

the location was close to shops and within walking distance
the stairs were steep as expected it made it difficult for carrying luggage also it made me avoid going back and forth from the hotel there was no kettle tea or coffee in the room it could have definitely been cleaner the fire alarm went off super early causing me disruption and panic

I appreciated the convenient location of the hotel. It provided easy access to nearby attractions and amenities! The room had a balcony that offered city views. This WAS a really nice touch.
The steep stairs made it somewhat challenging to bring up luggage!
